Awards for Success at RE/MAX 4000

Yesterday, February 23, 2010, RE/MAX 4000 hosted their annual breakfast to honor top producers.  The Grand Junction Area Realtor Association (GJARA) ranked RE/MAX 4000 #1 in Commercial Real Estate volume sold or leased with 23% Market Share and #1 in units sold or leased with the same 23% for 2009. 

The Top Commercial Award was earned by Gregg Cranston.  Top in Commercial listing volume was given to The Milyard Team and in selling volume  to Janice Burtis .  The total Commercial volume award was earned by Ray Rickard and in the Commercial sides category, Linda Kramer was tops for total sides with Janice Burtis earning the highest selling sides sold.

RE/MAX 4000 had 27 agents in the top 100 rankings for (GJARA) and RE/MAX continues to lead the Market Share in Mesa County with 25%.  For RE/MAX 4000, Joanna earned highest selling volume while Linda Kramer earned highest in selling sides.  Janice Burtis was tops in total sold sides for 2009.  Top honors to Lori Maser-Jones as the best in the company as the Residential Agent as well as highest volume sold.  The Milyard Team received  the Top Team award for Volume and Sides.

RE/MAX International awarded The Kimbrough Team for being #5 in the state of Colorado for Commissions earned.  Other honors from RE/MAX International included three agents from RE/MAX 4000, Vicki Chandler, Fara Dyer and Lori Maser-Jones receiving the Hall of Fame Award and Joanna Little was honored with the esteemed Lifetime Achievement Award.

Congratulations RE/MAX 4000 for an outstanding year of assisting Buyers and Sellers.  It is truly more about the happiness of our customers, the trophy just says…..Job Well Done!  Again Congratulations!
