I had the distinct honor of hosting the awards breakfast for the most successful agents in the Grand Valley.  RE/MAX 4000 is proud to hold 20% market share and were involved in over 1250 transactions in 2012.  The Kimbrough Team earned the top honors at RE/MAX 4000 and also received recognition as the Number Three Team in the RE/MAX Mountain 5 State Region closing over 40 million in Real Estate volume.   Top individual  honors for Residential and Commercial  Real Estate went to Linda Kramer.

RE/MAX 4000 is driven by a sales force of 55 Broker Associates supported by 7  of the best staff members any company could have.  The market is improving.   Our team of professionals on average increased in volume, transaction sides and commissions earned, and we expect to see the same increase across the board in 2013.  My agents are business minded agents determined to refine and improve their service year after year and through their efforts assist families as well as individuals fulfill their real estate goals.

Our industry is a challenging career choice, one that may seem glamorous and easy.  Any sales person working in this profession and are successful, go the extra mile to help others.  RE/MAX 4000 is a successful domineering company and has achieved that success through the dedication of the Broker Associates and staff.  I couldn’t be prouder to be associated with each and every one of them.  They continually inspire me.
